Bristol Autism Support accepts cheque from National Friendly

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday May 1, 2024

Bristol Autism Support, a local charity dedicated to aiding parents and carers of autistic children, received a substantial donation of over £10,000 from National Friendly as part of their charity fundraising efforts for the year 2023-24.

The culmination of a year long partnership, Bristol Autism Support representatives visited the National Friendly offices to accept the symbolic cheque and express their gratitude for the generous contribution. Joined by National Friendly colleagues, the event marked a significant moment in their ongoing support for the vital work of Bristol Autism Support.

Since May 2023, National Friendly has organised various fundraising activities, including bake sales, a 100km challenge and quiz nights, all aimed at rallying support and financial assistance for Bristol Autism Support. The successful outcome, surpassing the £10,000 milestone, underscores the commitment of National Friendly and its employees to make a positive impact on their community.
