Bristol based law firm Burges Salmon has secured the coveted title of ‘Best law firm to work at 2024’, according to the RollOnFriday survey. This marks the third consecutive year that the firm has received this recognition, underscoring its commitment to fostering a positive and distinguished culture in the UK legal sector.

In a comprehensive survey that included the majority of the firm’s workforce, employees were given the opportunity to assess their satisfaction with various aspects, including career development, pay, management, work/life balance, and overall firm culture. Burges Salmon’s consistent high performance in the RollOnFriday survey highlights its dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining a positive internal environment.
