Bristol based law firm Burges Salmon has secured the coveted title of ‘Best law firm to work at 2024’, according to the RollOnFriday survey. This marks the third consecutive year that the firm has received this recognition, underscoring its commitment to fostering a positive and distinguished culture in the UK legal sector.
In a comprehensive survey that included the majority of the firm’s workforce, employees were given the opportunity to assess their satisfaction with various aspects, including career development, pay, management, work/life balance, and overall firm culture. Burges Salmon’s consistent high performance in the RollOnFriday survey highlights its dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining a positive internal environment.
Roger Bull, Managing Partner at Burges Salmon, expressed his delight at the achievement, stating, “To be named the ‘Best Law Firm to Work At’ for the third consecutive year is simply tremendous. This accolade recognizes our collaborative and unique culture, reflecting the positive feedback we receive from clients.”

A culture of fairness and support runs through the heart of our business, and that’s why we’re so proud to be crowned as the best law firm to work at in the UK for the third year in a row.”
