Dial A Geek celebrates apprentice milestone

The award-winning managed service provider Dial A Geek is expanding its team with two new hires and celebrating a key milestone in employee development.

The news come as Dial A Geek celebrated its 18th anniversary recently.

In November, Jordan Godwin joined as a senior IT technician, bringing a wealth of experience from the medical and tech sectors. Godwin will handle complex IT issues and occasionally serve as the first point of contact for clients, enhancing the team’s expertise in IT support.

Better Business
Better Business is an initiative launched by Bristol24/7 to help businesses thrive, whilst creating a positive impact on Bristol and the people who live here.

Ozair Qureshi, the company’s new finance manager, joined last month. With a background in law firms and education centers, he will work alongside directors Gildas Jones and Yusra Shaeik to strengthen the company’s financial strategy.

In addition, Syed Rahman, the company’s fifth apprentice, has completed his Level 3 Apprenticeship and been promoted to 1st line IT support technician. Dial A Geek has enrolled Rahman in further certifications to continue his professional growth.

According to Dial A Geek, these developments underpins its commitment to employee growth and service excellence. With these additions, the company is set to offer enhanced IT support to Bristol businesses and beyond.
