KPA Property Management joins the Better Business Network
KPA Property Management are extremely proud to announce their membership of Bristol 24/7s Better Business Network.
KPA are on a journey to improve standards, both in the industry and across the entire lettings experience, for all parties concerned, one tenancy at a time.
The narrative between landlords and tenants is often unfairly negative, and landlords have a bad reputation in the Private Rental Sector (PRS) – this needs to change, as both sides rely on each other. We are landlords ourselves and set up our own agency in 2020, when we couldn’t find one to manage our portfolio and treat our tenants the way we wanted. KPA was born…and since then, things have blossomed; the agency has gone from strength to strength and there are clearly a lot of landlords who feel as we did. It is time for change! Our strap line is “Lettings Without Compromise” because it should never be a compromise having your properties managed – why would you pay for less, that’s just complete madness!
In the last 12 months alone we have:
- Tripled the size of the agency and taken on 6 new team members;
- Completed numerous renovation projects for our landlords, bringing unsafe, non-compliant properties back to the rental market, providing homes for families across the South West and, in doing so, we have seen significant six figure sums go to local businesses;
- Implemented several growth schemes for team members with our upskill and mentorship programs;
- Brought on board new software, for greater transparency for landlords and their tenants.
The Principals of the business (Angie and Ben Nicholls) are very active in the property community and regularly give podcast interviews, write articles for property magazines and give presentations up and down the country on various aspects and models of property and compliance; earlier this year, Angie was noted in ARLA Propertymark’s “Ultimate Women in Property” Guide, as an HMO Specialist.
Becoming a member of Bristol 24/7s Better Business Network is not only an important part of KPAs commitment to the City of Bristol; working with like minded and extraordinary businesses, individuals and projects to help push sustainable growth, inclusion, innovation and improvement across the region is a privilege and something that the entire team feel very passionately about. KPA is a real meritocracy, with a one of a kind team, who cannot wait to roll up their sleeves and get started – thank you for inviting us to be a part of your wonderful initiative!
