Lost and Grounded’s Dog Day Afternoon returns for its 3rd year of canine fun
The much anticipated Dog Day Afternoon is back for its third year at Lost and Grounded’s Taproom on Saturday March 16, from 1-10 pm. Located at 91 Whitby Rd, BS4 4AR, the event invites dog enthusiasts and their furry friends to enjoy a day filled with exciting contests, including a unique opportunity for pets to feature on the brewery’s new beer can design.
Returning favourites include categories like best trick, best boy, goodest girl, shiniest coat, biggest ears, and furriest paws. Attendees can also look forward to the “dog walk” and “musical sits”. Lost and Grounded is proud to continue its support for Street Vet UK, a registered charity providing free accessible veterinary care to pets of individuals experiencing homelessness in the UK.

Admission is £5 per dog, which includes up to three contest entries. All entry fees, along with £1 per pint sold on the day, will be donated to Street Vet. Walk in entries are welcome on the day, and well behaved dogs on leads are encouraged.
