National Friendly joins the Bristol24/7 Better Business Network
Bristol-based insurance company National Friendly has joined Bristol 24/7’s Better Business Network. The decision to join the initiative highlights their commitment to work collaboratively with local organisations, charities and communities.
National Friendly, based in Queen Square, was established in 1868 and since then the mutual has gathered a national membership. They offer a wide range of affordable health, welfare and protection products, to give peace of mind and financial security to those who need it. Their offering is backed by years of experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
The society also owns an independent financial advisory company, National Friendly Financial Solutions. Their team of qualified independent financial advisors provides specialist telephone financial advice, covering areas such as pension and retirement planning, tax-efficient investments, savings, trust and estate planning, care options, and life and private health cover.
By joining Bristol 24/7’s Better Business initiative, National Friendly hopes to extend their commitment to Bristol and compliment the charitable work they do in the community. They have a track record of supporting local charities including Cruse Bereavement Care, Bristol Autism Support and St Mungo’s.
Speaking about their decision to join, Caitlin Dewar, Head of Marketing at National Friendly said: ‘We’re really pleased to be joining Better Business. We’re always looking at ways in which we can make a fundamental difference to our people, the community, our business partners, and the environment, so we’re excited to join other like-minded businesses in supporting our local community.’
