This includes through the Mayor’s Good Employment Charter, launched in 2022, which supports employers of any size or sector to do the right thing by their staff – including pledging to pay staff a Real Living Wage, making work more flexible and giving staff a real voice in their organisations.
The Mayoral Combined Authority supports many other fantastic initiatives with the goal of supporting residents access the training and guidance they need to make the West of England the best place in the country to live and work.
