By Milan Perera  Monday Oct 21, 2024

A Bristol-based beauty brand is set to open its first flagship store this November.

Known for its innovative QuickLashes, House of Amor’s new store will be located at its headquarters in Bristol, marking a significant expansion and offering an immersive in-person shopping experience for its customers.

Founded in 2021 by Lucy Pearce in her spare bedroom while juggling the workload of looking after three young children, QuickLashes quickly became a popular beauty product with mentions in lifestyle magazines such as Glamour and Vogue.

Following the success of its pop-up shop, vending machine concepts, and click-and-collect service, House of Amor is investing £23,000 in a luxury fit-out for a dedicated space.

The Chew Valley-based store aims to be more than just a retail outlet as it will serve as a ‘one-stop shop’ where customers can experience the brand’s products firsthand and engage directly with the team.

The store will feature the complete House of Amor collections, including the popular QuickLashes.

Additionally, it will collaborate with other trending brands on TikTok to create a ‘What’s Trending?’ display, showcasing a curated selection of ‘must-have’ items from limited-edition launches to ‘cult-favourite’ products.

What began as a side hustle selling strip eyelashes has since evolved into a multi-million-pound business with a range of DIY lash extension kits that promise salon-quality results at home.

Today, the he brand offers not only an extensive array of lash styles but also nails and cosmetics.

Lucy Pearce, the founder of House of Amor, said:  “This is a major milestone for us as a brand and one I have always dreamt of.

“Our new flagship isn’t just about selling products; it’s about creating a space where our customers can fully immerse themselves in the House of Amor experience. We want this to be a destination, a place where people from Bristol and beyond can discover beauty in a way that’s both personal and unforgettable.”
