A Bristol-based wellness consultancy has received a nod for its entrepreneurship at a national awards event.

The awards, often dubbed the “Grammys of Entrepreneurship,” recognise the UK’s most innovative and dynamic businesses.

Kuutch, which specialises in corporate wellbeing, leadership, and organisational performance, was nominated for its “innovative approach to creating healthier, happier, and high-performing workplaces”.

The company, which has “People need to be well at work, so they can do well at work” as its motto boasts some of the biggest brand names in its books

“We’re incredibly honoured to be shortlisted for this prestigious award,” said Samantha Tremlin, founder and wellbeing strategist at Kuutch.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to creating resilient workplaces where people feel valued and supported. When employees are well, they can perform at their best, driving sustainable success.”

The company, which has “People need to be well at work, so they can do well at work” as its motto boasts some of the biggest brand names such as Brewdog, Dyson and Amdea in its books. It aims to incorporate holistic practices into the workplace such as retreats and meditation.

According to the founder Samantha, the spark of inspiration for Kuutch, loosely translated from Welsh meaning warmth, nurture, and a feeling of home, came from her own experience of working in the corporate world where burnouts are all too common.

The firm’s innovative strategies have helped numerous organisations improve employee satisfaction, reduce absenteeism, and boost productivity.
