Stylemongers of Bristol launches interior design workshops for Corporate experiences
Stylemongers Of Bristol, a Better Business member, is venturing into the corporate world with its Interior Design Workshops. Led by founder Zoe Hewett, a renowned TV interior designer, the workshops aim to share design skills while prioritizing employee wellbeing.
Held in Hamilton House on Stokes Croft, Bristol, participants will soak in the artistic atmosphere of this creative hub. Zoe initially hesitated to offer workshops to office-based businesses but recognized the growing desire for creativity, which plays a vital role in overall wellbeing.
These hands-on sessions have an art therapy quality, providing a structured yet safe space for non-creative individuals to explore. Crafting fosters mindfulness and offers a sense of accomplishment often missing in the workplace.
“I think the world is catching on to the fact that there are so many mental health benefits to getting creative. It’s basically a form of mindfulness, when you’re crafting something, and when you’ve finished you get all these lovely feelings of achievement, purpose and pride in what you’ve made that people don’t always get in the workplace.”

The workshops address the delay in reaping rewards from long-term projects and the detachment from end users in large companies. By investing in employee happiness, businesses can reduce sick leave and boost productivity.
Additionally, participants will create mood boards for their homes, extending the benefits of the workshops beyond the session itself. This unique offering provides a refreshing alternative to physical activities for corporate away days, promoting creativity and wellbeing simultaneously.
