Exclusive Bristol Pride Day images from Martin Parr

Following his stunning set of images of this year’s St Paul’s Carnival, world-renowned Bristol photographer Martin Parr has granted Bristol24/7 another exclusive: images he took during the festivities at this year’s Bristol Pride Day on Saturday, July 13.

The photos, taken at both the Pride Parade through the city centre and at the afternoon’s massive outdoor multi-stage festival on The Downs, make a brilliant document of the joyousness, inclusivity and unpredictability of what has become one of the largest UK Pride events.
