Double bill of thrills comes to Revel Puck Circus
Bristol feminist theatre collective Lavrak and comedian, poet and burlesque performer Roisin Crowley Linton have been invited to stage a Double bill of double thrills in the Revel Puck Circus Big Top on April 15, as part of their Bristol Puck programme (running from April 7-24).
Lavrak will be showcasing their brand new “absurd and heartfelt” show Où Est Sa Tête, featuring Danielle Summers and Nix Pretlove.
The pair will be showcasing their skills in aerial, dance, and physical theatre, to explore their relationships with their bodies, and their insecurities as female performers.

A 15 minute version was performed as part of Circomedia’s Volt scratch night on March 24; however, the duo will be presenting the full length show at Revel Puck Circus.
On the other side of the the double bill, Roisin Crowley Linton promises to bring her own electrifying brand of autobiographical performance to the big top.

Her work has made waves at the Edinburgh Fringe, and she performs regularly for comedy and cabaret producers Stamptown.
This new presentation is work-in-progress for Crowley Linton’s politics, fury and love-filled show, Medusa, which chronicles her experiences working in sexual violence for the NHS.
