A love letter to the Severn Beach Line
Sunday evening’s Belly Laughs At Home has so far raised an incredible £31,000 for four Bristol charities.
Dozens of comics and well-known Bristol faces took part in the live-stream, hosted by Mark Olver from his house in Brislington. Watch all two and a half hours again here.
One of the most unexpected moments was the reaction to a painting that comic Riordan Deehan-Jackson, better known as Riordan DJ, used to accompany a love letter to the Severn Beach Line.

The painting by his sister, Ciara DJ, was auctioned via Twitter as the show was broadcast live and eventually sold for £250.

Ciara describes herself as a part-time dentist and part-time artist, whose oil painting of a racing green GWR train on the Severn Beach Line takes shape as the video is narrated by her brother.
In 2017, Riordan was the Chortle Student Comedy Award winner. He previously co-hosted a monthly comedy night at the Kensington Arms pub in Redland.
