It’s Tucker & Dale vs The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Bristol’s legendary video rental store Twentieth Century Flicks has teamed up with Horror Without End once again for another great double bill at the former IMAX cinema, following their previous ThreadGames collaboration last September.

First up is the new 50th anniversary 4K remaster of Tobe Hooper’s 1974 classic The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Offering light relief from all that ground-breaking Leatherface hack’n’slash is the 2010 comedy horror Tucker & Dale vs Evil, which hilariously inverts those all-too-familiar ‘cabin in the woods’ cliches with the tale of a pair of harmless, well-meaning hillbillies who are mistaken for psychos by a bunch of clueless big-city college kids.
