Creative lockdown: Sons of Liberty

By Lowie Trevena  Friday Apr 24, 2020

Sons of Liberty are part of the ongoing Bristol24/7 Creative Lockdown series, showcasing how people in Bristol have been getting arty under lockdown.

Bristol-based southern rock band Sons of Liberty have recorded their latest music video while social distancing.

Formed in 2014 and releasing their debut album earlier this year, the band were due to play Thekla last month, but their gig has been postponed until at least September.

However, the band have still been having fun under lockdown. Sons of Liberty’s latest music video sees the members of the band performing Tumbleweed in their homes and in green spaces.

The song is from their first album ANIMISM, with the band describing the video as “a bit of a laugh”.
