Easton DJ releases song to raise awareness of climate change
A new track from an Easton DJ and producer hopes to increase awareness of the climate crisis and raise money for the Australian Red Cross’ bushfire appeal.
Most of Exposure’s work is drum and bass focused, with Changes following the same, exciting, thumping sound as the producer’s other songs.
“The lyrics relate to the climate emergency and the impact humans are having on the planet,” says Exposure. “The natural world is facing threats from pollution and species are becoming extinct.”

The musician worked with Sula Mae to create the vocals for the track, with Carl Davies playing the saxophone and clarinet parts.
The 33-year-old has just released the music video for the song. It focuses on the impact of humans and features figures including Greta Thunberg. David Attenborough also features, and the DJ asked for permission to include footage of the broadcaster.
“I wrote to David Attenborough as he features in the film,” Exposure says. “He wrote back saying thanks and yes it was fine to use the clip which was a real honour.”
100 per cent of sales from the single will be donated to the Australian Red Cross’ bushfire appeal. The song is available via the DJ’s record label, A R Records.
“Movements across the world that fight to protect the environment, which have inspired me to make the music video for Changes,” he says. “There is hope.”
