Emily Breeze releases new music video ‘Work’

By Caitlin Scott  Monday Aug 19, 2019

A longtime cult heroine of Bristol’s underground music scene, Emily Breeze has released the new music video for her single Work.

The track is inspired by Patrick Bateman (American Psycho), with glossy indie pop undertones and witty lyricism bolstering a haunting yet hooky single.

This is the third single taken from her forthcoming record Rituals, due for release via Sugar Shack Records on Friday, September 6.

To celebrate the release of the new album, she will play at Klub Loco in Bristol on Friday September 6. There will be support from Thoughtforms, War Against Sleep and DJ Heidi Heelz.

Rituals draws on influences from the twisted and brilliant minds of Pulp and David Lynch, and the glorious rubbish and fear of living in the 21st century.

Picture vast soundscapes, trashy glamour, high octane romance and crushed hopes and dreams, packed together in an album that is drumming up huge excitement among the music community.
