Make Music Day announce series of Bristol events
Make Music Day have announced a series of events and performances which will take place in Bristol this summer.
The day is a global, grassroots festival that celebrates all genres and styles of music with over 120 countries taking part.
Events are free and open to anyone who wants to take part, whether performing or simply enjoying the shows. This year’s day takes place on June 21.

Bristol will showcase Making Music members and musicians in Millennium Square, with films on the big screen and live lunchtime performances.
Artists performing include the Bristol Samba Band and the Orchestra of Everything.
There will also be live music in venues across the city including Bristol Airport, St George’s, The New Room, St Mary Redcliffe, Withywood Community Arts Centre and the Rope Walk in Bedminster.
