Tuesday: Sleaford Mods, O2 Academy

Wednesday: Kristin Hersh, The Lantern
The leader of Boston’s Throwing Muses, one of the finest indie-rock bands the U.S has ever produced, Hersh has had a parallel career as a solo artist. Her songs are confessional but abstract, folkily melodic but edged with dissonance, and as a performer she’s warm and fierce in equal measure.
