St Paul’s Adventure Playground launches Crowdfunder event
St Paul’s Adventure Playground, a vital safe space for children, young people and families, has launched a Crowdfunding campaign.
They invite the people of Bristol to pledge and buy tickets for an all-day fundraising event to celebrate the city’s music scene. The fundraiser will take place at the playground on Saturday September 14.
The playground is a much needed part of St Paul’s, vital for children of all backgrounds to fight social isolation and recover a sense of belonging. The fundraiser is an important financial event for the playground, that has to fight against constraints at every turn.
is needed now More than ever
The Crowdfunder is supported by the organisers of Love Saves the Day and The Downs, Team Love, and will see a full day of drum and bass DJs and Bristol legends of the music scene.

Bristol drum and bass legend Roni Size
Headlined by Bristol’s own drum and bass icon Roni Size, the jam packed lineup also features DJ Die, DJ Krust, and Kahn and Neek. Local performers will also be given the chance to showcase their talents on stage, alongside sets from music prodigies Rob Smith (RSD), Pinch and Joker, Dubkasm, Sledgehead, Queen Bee and Feel the Real.
All profits from the event will go back to the essential running of the playground, which so many people have called their social space since the 1970s.
Standard tickets are available for a pledge of £16, and you can also make a donation to support the Adventure Playground if you aren’t able to attend the event.
