Will Young performs in Bristol warehouse
Pop star Will Young paid a visit to the Pukka Herbs warehouse in Aztec West on Friday morning to perform to workers on their tea break.
The unique live show was part of BBC Music Day and also marked the 75th anniversary of Workers’ Playtime, a radio variety programme transmitted by the BBC between 1941 and 1964.

At 11am, sporting a blue hairnet over his colourful bandana, the singer leisurely strolled onto the forecourt with a cup of on-brand Pukka tea in one hand and a car magazine in the other.
After trading a few jokes with the small crowd, Young then treated everyone to a live rendition of Like a River from his latest album 85% Proof.
The performance was broadcast live on Radio 2, with the corporation’s professional chamber choir, the BBC Singers, live on Radio 3 from the warehouse following Young.
The choir began their set with a specially written song about tea much to the delight of the Pukka Herbs workforce.
