Trinity Centre
The converted church hosts one of Bristol’s bigger central events with a large bonfire and fireworks display in the gardens. There will be live music from 9pm from local jazzers, Bristol Afrobeat Project. Suggested donation of £2.00.

Bristol Zoo Gardens
‘Family friendly’ low-noise fireworks will light up Bristol Zoo Gardens without the loud bangs that might scare little ones and animals. As well as a firework display, there will be a compere on stage for fun and games. Entry £5.25 (child) – £6.75 (adult).

Victoria Park
Victoria Park hosts a massive community bonfire once a year. The fire will be lit at 6pm and there will be a hot dog stand and bar in the park. Victoria Park don’t hold a license for fireworks and while they encourage visitors not to bring their own, there are always a few rogue displays. November 5

Compass Point
For a legitimate firework display in Bedminster, Compass Point South Street School and Children’s Centre are putting on an event. All are welcome and food will be available from 5pm, with fireworks starting at 6pm. Entry £2.00 (child) – £3.00 (adult).

Downend Firework Show
Going strong for over 40 years, this is Bristol’s biggest charity firework event. This year, organisers have promised to up the spend on explosives, add another bar and improve the entertainment. Entry on the gate is £5.00 (child) – £6.00 (adult). Advance tickets are cheaper online and family tickets also available.

Canford Park
Canford Park’s Fireworks Fiesta is organised by Bristol Roundtable and Clifton Rotary Club. The past two events have helped raised over £30,000 for local charities. Tickets are available from local schools, St. Peters Hospice shops and some local traders. Tickets are £4.00 advance and £5.00 on the gate.
