Green Man announces lineup for 2020

By Amy Grace  Thursday Jan 30, 2020

What could be more idyllic than a festival in the rolling hills of the Brecon Beacons? Trust me, as someone who has attended Green Man and is also Welsh.

Year after year, Green Man continues to stun with their stellar lineup and this year is no different.

Now in their 18th year, Green Man in 2020 welcomes back Michael Kiwanuka, nearly a decade on from his first performance at the festival.

Also joining on the bill will be world renowned electronic artists Caribou, performing their immersive set with the backdrop of the Black Mountains.

Cigarette smoking, indie-rock artist Mac Demarco will also be performing a rare set in the UK, electronic heavyweights Goldfrapp will continue the celebrations as it sees the 20th anniversary since their seminal album Felt Mountain.

Garage slacker Ty Segall will be joining the extensive lineup along with bass manipulator Thundercat. Other names on the bill include KOKOROKO, Steam Down, Anges Obel, Parquet Courts,  (Sandy) Alex G and Black Midi to name a few.

Flying the flag for Bristol we have the wondrous Fenne Lily, electronic legends Giant Swan and the effervescent Katy J Pearson.

Green Man 2020 runs from August 20-23. For tickets and more information, visit www.greenman.net/tickets
