In photos: Bristol Harbour Festival 2016

By Bristol24/7  Monday Jul 18, 2016

More than 250,000 visitors enjoyed this year’s Bristol Harbour Festival featuring three days of live music, markets, circus acts and dance performances, which filled three miles of the perimeter of the Floating Harbour.

Bristol City Council’s head of culture Laura Pye said: “This year’s festival has been one to remember and showed Bristol at its best. This year’s extended programme meant the 45th anniversary celebrations stretched right along the iconic harbour, providing entertainment for everyone.

“We’d like to say a huge thank you to festival goers for their help in keeping the city clean – we’ve recycled more waste than ever before and have greatly reduced the amount of glass keeping the festival areas clean and safe for visitors to enjoy the fun of the show.”
