New PC gaming cafe could open in central Bristol
A new, late-night PC gaming venue could be coming to central Bristol.
There are plans to open Dexx Cafe in the Broadmead area, with a crowdfunder launched to raise money for the project.
Didem, who is part of the team behind the initiative, said: “Our goal is to create a fun and social environment where gamers can come together to play their favourite games, meet new people, and enjoy high-quality food and beverages.

The cafe will offer 20 top-spec PCs loaded with games from various major platforms such as Steam, Xbox Game Pass and Riot Games.
Gamers will be able to come and use their own accounts or ones provided by the cafe, as well as bring their own peripherals such as custom controllers or keyboards.
The team behind it say it will be “a one-of-a-kind” in the city, and similar to the gaming arena connected to GAME in Broadmead and Four Quarters on Park Street but “much more versatile, welcoming and inclusive”.
Dexx Cafe is planned to open in mid-June, with the location and opening hours to be announced soon.
