Brewery to partner with burger restaurant in taproom expansion
A popular Bristol brewery is doubling the size of their taproom in St Paul’s.
New Bristol Brewery have made a name for themselves for their juicy IPAs, fruity sours and indulgent stouts.
Now they are in the process of expanding their taproom on Wilson Street, where all their beer is brewed and shipped around the country.
is needed now More than ever
From November, they will knock through into the storage area next door and will have 20 taps featuring collaborations and guest beers, as well as their own creations such as Stand & Vanilla, Joy of Sesh and Cinder Toffee Stout.
Asado will become permanent residents in a shipping container kitchen serving their popular burgers and fries.
The collaboration was originally planned for the Carriageways on Stokes Croft but this will no longer be taking place, allowing instead a renewed focus on the site in St Paul’s.

Due to increased beer production, the taproom at New Bristol Brewery has recently become smaller and smaller.
Co-founder Maria James said: “We wanted to keep everything here at New Bristol Brewery HQ so we have decided to make more room. We want people to be able to drink the beer as fresh as possible, where it is being brewed.”
The team plan to host more events at the taproom, including quizzes, beer tasting, burger workshops and comedy. They will also be showing the World Cup later this year and the Six Nations in February.
