‘Buffet style’ hot pot restaurant opens in Redcliffe
A new restaurant in Redcliffe is serving hot pots and noodles.
Hot pot is popular in Chinese culture, and is typically eaten as a social sharing dish, in which thinly sliced meats and vegetables are dipped into a hot broth, before beating eaten.
Authentic Hot Pot and Noodles will be serving buffet-style hot pot dishes, with a warming plate on each table and noodles made in house.
is needed now More than ever

A buffet-style service will be offered
The restaurant sits on the corner of St Thomas Court in Redcliffe, and neighbours Basil and Co, and the colourful chinese lanterns hanging above circular tables in the large space are hard to miss.
Run by mother, Wendy Zhang, and her son, the restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch, and six days a week for dinner.
The restaurant will be serving buffet-style dishes and customers will be able to pay a set price to eat as much as they like. Wendy will be hand-making the noodles, which can take up to four hours.

Authentic Hot Pot and Hand pulled Noodles will be offering customers ten per cent off for the first month
Wendy previously owned a restaurant in Plymouth, and this will be the chef and owner’s first foray into the Bristol restaurant scene.
The yellow-fronted eatery is officially opening on Friday, March 31, and diners will be able to get 10 percent off for the first month of service.
