The 60-cover riverside restaurant serves “relaxed and accessible” food, with Daniel overseeing the kitchen and Joie taking care of the front of house.
Noah’s has a daily-changing menu featuring familiar favourites from classic fish and chips, to grilled fish with simple dressings, fruits de mer sharing plates and more.
Daniel and Joie have followed in the footsteps of family-run business, The Scallop Shell in Bath, opened by the Rosser family in 2015, opening Noah’s as their first standalone venture.
Judges on the awards panel looked at the restaurants’ sustainability credentials, customer service and wider knowledge of the fish and chip industry to determine the top ten.
Speaking about the award, the couple said: “It’s not all been plain sailing since we opened in May, so we’re over the moon to be shortlisted in the National Fish & Chip Awards!”
