Fishmongers to open in Wapping Wharf

By Bristol24/7  Monday Dec 10, 2018

The first retail space for a growing fishmongers business is opening in Wapping Wharf.

Currently based out of an office on Whiteladies Road, Clifton Seafood Company is due to open in a standalone shipping container next to Pizzarova at the far end of Cargo 2 on Saturday, December 15.

The shop will sell a wide variety of fresh seafood from the south coast, with a home delivery service planned for the future.

Co-owners Rozzy Turner and Jonny Glanvill (pictured above) travel regularly between Bristol and Brixham in Devon to source their seafood.

Rozzy said: “We’ve been interested in Cargo since it opened and love the atmosphere and community feel amongst the traders.

“At the moment we supply restaurants throughout Somerset and Bristol and we have wanted to open a little fish shop for a while to expand our business into retail.

“Wapping Wharf feels like the perfect home and feel we will fit into the community very well.”
