Food company invites Bristolians to turn their dream pie recipe into reality
A food company in Bristol is inviting the public to turn their dream pie recipe into a reality.
Pieminister, which has restaurants in Stokes Croft and Broad Quay and a cafe at St Nick’s Market, is offering the “chance of a lifetime” as part of National Pie Week.
To take part, pie lovers will have to visit one of Pieminister’s outlets, or order a takeaway or from its online shop, by Sunday. They’ll then be given a form to fill in with all of their crazy pie creations.
is needed now More than ever
The winner will get their recipe made by Pieminister, plus a goodie bag and a day out in Bristol to see their pie being created.

Tristan Hogg, who founded Pieminister along with Jon Simon, said: “We’ve been cooking up new pie creations here in our Bristol kitchens for nearly twenty years, and now it’s your turn.
“From the outlandish to the traditional, we want your ideas for our next new pie. Whichever dream pie suggestion makes our mouth water the most will be turned into reality, and you’ll be invited in to help bake up the first batch.
“We can’t wait to hear what Bristol’s pie fans want in their next Pieminister pie – the pie’s the limit!”
