Fresh opening for independent cafe group at Wake The Tiger

By Milan Perera  Monday Jan 6, 2025

A Bristol-based cafe group has kicked off the new year with a strong start, announcing a new opening at Wake The Tiger, the UK’s largest immersive art experience venue.

Double Puc, which launched twin venues at We The Curious and Millennium Square in June 2024, has further expanded its presence in the city with this latest venture at St Philip’s Marsh.

In partnership with Wake The Tiger, Double Puc will serve as the venue’s official caterer and cafe operator, enhancing the immersive attraction’s offerings.

This announcement follows Double Puc’s selection as one of four chosen caterers at We The Curious in November 2024, where they will create climate-conscious menus in line with the venue’s commitment to environmental responsibility and community support.

Wake The Tiger, which recently completed a major extension, is poised for continued growth in 2025, with an increased focus on hosting private and corporate events.

Double Puc is set to play a pivotal role in supporting this expansion with its dedication to high-quality, sustainable hospitality.

On the new partnership, Griff Holland, co-founder of Double Puc, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Wake The Tiger as their exclusive event caterer and café operator.

“Wake The Tiger is the world’s first Amazement Park, and we are excited to work with such an inspiring venue. We look forward to contributing our expertise in sustainable hospitality and quality food to this incredible space.”
