Gail’s to open their first Bristol bakery
A bakery with more than 100 branches across the UK is opening its first store in Bristol.
The website of Gail’s says that “nothing gives us as much pleasure as a freshly baked, lovingly crafted loaf” with the company saying that they “want to play our part to bring humanity back into the food world, and back to local communities”.
Gail Mejia ran a wholesale bakery business for restaurants in London in the 1990s, with the first Gail’s bakery opening on Hampstead High Street in 2005.
