Manos, 31, from Yate, who was born in Lesbos and has lived in Bristol for seven years, has opened Bake-A-Licious with his wife, Amarilda Malokaj.
The cafe and bakery is on the corner of Royal York Crescent and Regent Street, with the produce on the shelves and in the fridges freshly made downstairs every day.
“Everything is Greek,” said Manos.
“And there’s nothing in this shop that can be found anywhere else.”
