Greengrocers to open sandwich shop next door
Hugo’s greengrocers is expanding into the unit next door.
But it’s not going to be a larger greengrocers. Instead, Dios on 71 North Street in Bedminster will be a sandwich shop using much of the produce from Hugo’s.
Due to open before Christmas, Dios is named after Hugo’s owner Hugo Sapsed’s 18-month-old son, Adamandios.

It will serve daily specials, salads, deli classics and soups as well as a few sweet treats and fresh juices.
Dios will have a bit of space for dine-in customers but will mostly be geared towards takeaway.
