Hawaiian-inspired street food coming to Wapping Wharf
Poké, the traditional Hawaiian dish of marinated sashimi fish, tossed over rice with vegetables, is coming to Cargo 2 at Wapping Wharf.
Loki Poké promises its own twist to the popular street food dish: adding vegan and meat options in a takeaway bowl.
The business started as a delivery service at the start of the first lockdown in 2020, inspired by founder Georgia Hussey’s time living in Sydney.

Georgia said: “I’d been living and working on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where you’d grab a poké bowl for lunch or dinner and head to the beach and watch the surf.
“When I came back to Bristol, I really missed the flavours and ease of grabbing a super healthy meal, so I decided to start making it myself!
“What’s unique about Loki is all our dishes are completely customisable too.
“We’ve been blown away by the feedback from people, and we’re super excited to be bringing this laid-back food to Cargo. It’s the perfect meal to grab and enjoy by the water.”
