In photos: Bristol’s coolest new bar

By Martin Booth  Wednesday Apr 27, 2022

The Boot Factory could just be the coolest new bar to open in Bristol in recent years.

It has opened – you guessed it – in a former boot factory on the ground floor of a boutique hotel, and hopes to become an all-day hangout and neighbourhood hub.

From cafe to bar to event space to party venue, the Boot Factory is open from 8am for breakfast and brunch, with bar snacks and pizzas served from 5pm and a dinner menu coming soon.

“Whether you’re stopping by for a working breakfast, after-work drinks, or catching up with friends for a good old-fashioned shindig, we’re an open house for any occasion; from coffee to cocktails, breakfast to bedtime,” says its website.

Take a look around the new space:

The Boot Factory is now open within Artist Residence on Portland Square in St Paul’s.
