Indian and Chinese fusion food coming to Cotham Hill

By Martin Booth  Thursday Oct 10, 2019

Both traditional Indian and traditional Chinese dishes will be on the menu at a new restaurant due to open in Bristol in November.

Rock Salt on Cotham Hill is being opened by ex-Dishoom chef, Harris Massey, and former Dhamaka chef, Kedar Subedi.

As well as the food including lamb raan, chilli paneer and murgh butter masala, the team promise a cocktail menu including a rose negroni and cinnamon bramble.
