On the new opening, Georgia said: “We’re really excited to be open today.
“It’s amazing to be down here in St Nick’s Market, which just has such a great energy and amazing local traders as well.
“We’ve met all of our new neighbours, which is exciting, and we’ve had a really lovely welcome.”

Georgia Hussey said it’s “amazing to be done in St Nick’s Market”
She added that she decided to open up in St Nick’s because her team noticed the business is “really popular with people looking for a quick office lunch. Obviously, there’s a lot of that around St Nick’s – there’s a lot of people looking for a healthy lunch that can be taken away back to the office.
“So, it’s a great spot but it’s also just a bit of a foodie destination in Bristol, so it’s exciting to be part of that.”
