Michelin-starred restaurant sells menu boxes to cook at home

By Martin Booth  Tuesday Nov 10, 2020

Cook like a pro at home with a bit of help from some of Bristol’s best culinary wizards.

That’s the aim of new chef’s menu boxes from a Michelin-starred restaurant now providing delicious tapas with step-by-step instructions to finish at home in your own kitchen.

Sherry pairing, cocktails and a selection of wines are also available if you want the full experience.

The menu boxes from the team at Paco Tapas in Redcliffe cost £100 a box and serve two people.

Menu items currently include Manzanilla olives, chorizo Iberico, jamon croquetas, seared tuna, Duroc ribs, stuffed quail and chocolate mousse.

Cocktails include a negroni or sherry Manhatten, with wines starting at £19 a bottle.

The news from Paco Tapas comes as their sister restaurant, Pi Shop, which closed in 2018, looks set to reopen for pizza takeaways during the second national lockdown.
