Miss Millie’s to open first Bristol city centre store in over 30 years
A new range of burgers, hot loaded wings, tenders, fries and desserts will be on the menu when Miss Millie’s opens its first new Bristol city centre store in more than 30 years.
The well-known Bristol brand will also be showcasing a new look when they open on St Augustine’s Parade.
The store will be operated by the same franchisee who currently operates Miss Millie’s in Staple Hill, with the company founded by Harry Latham and his daughters in 1988 sold to new owners in 2019 and since expanding outside the South West.

Miss Millie’s managing director, Carl Traill, said: “We are delighted to be opening this new Miss Millie’s store in Bristol, the home and birthplace for the brand.
“Bristolians have been enjoying Miss Millie’s chicken for over 30 years and we are excited to introduce a new generation to the brand with some exciting new menu items.
“In July we celebrated Miss Millie’s 35th birthday and it feels very poignant to be able to open a new store right in the heart of Bristol in this 35th year.”
