By Martin Booth  Wednesday Dec 4, 2024

COR restaurant manager Tallulah Small has been recognised as one of the most influential young people working in the UK’s hospitality industry.

Tallulah has been named among the CODE 30 Under 30, compiled after nominations from hospitality professionals.

“From sommeliers to suppliers, butchers to bakers – congratulations to everyone on this year’s list,” said the team at CODE.

Now in its ninth year, the annual list highlights “visionary chefs to masterful sommeliers and front-of-house operators, dedicated suppliers to brilliant PR, we aim to recognise the remarkable achievements of young hospitality professionals shaping the future of our industry”.

It comes after the restaurant on North Street has recently been named as one of the happiest places in hospitality to work in 2024.
