By Karen Johnson  Thursday Oct 31, 2024

Two of Bristol’s flavour maestros are opening a New York style pizza shop in the heart of the city.

Alberto Noriega, founder of Grano Kitchen and Rapha Ghetti of Pizzarova have united to create GiGi’s Pizza Shop which will open its doors on November 8.

The new pizza shop is set to serve New York influenced pizzas by slice or whole with local beers and wines from its home in Old Market, just next door to Noriega’s Grano.
