New wine bar being opened by experienced pub landlords

The landlords of the Shakespeare in Redland are opening a new wine bar promising drinks, food and music.

Tapps is due to open in 2025 on Whiteladies Road.

The new bar is being opened by Neil and Olivia Greenwood who also transformed the John Cabot pub on Gloucester Road into the Royal Oak.

Building work has now begun in what used to be Thai Classic between Pazzo and Batido.

“It’s on, here we go again!” wrote Neil on Instagram.
