‘Nowhere else in Bristol will you be able to find such a huge range of real ale’
Brunel’s Old Station will be welcoming a week of real ale, good food and general merriment as the 22nd annual Bristol Beer Festival opens in March.
“Nowhere else in Bristol will you be able to find such a huge range of real ale, carefully selected to provide an interesting variety of beer styles and strengths,” said CAMRA Bristol & District Branch chairman Richard Brooks.
The festival is a showcase of more than 140 real ales from across the UK, as well as a selection of ciders and perrys, and a variety of food to soak up the liquids.

“The festival features a great selection of real ale from around the UK as well as being a celebration and showcase of the fantastic brewing scene in the Bristol area and features all our local breweries on the festival LocAle bar,” said Richard.
It’s the perfect opportunity for attendees to sample and really appreciate the quality and variety of craft real ale currently available.”
It is also a great chance for beer novices to learn more about the drink and try the many different ales from a wide selection of independent breweries.
The event runs from March 21 to 23, with multiple sessions available each day to book and tickets selling out fast in previous years.
