Nutmeg was founded in 2016 by Raja Munuswamy and Arvind Pawar who met while working together in restaurants in Bristol.
Their menu is inspired by the diversity of India and its 29 states.
Nutmeg’s second restaurant will open within Dominions House, built for Star Life Assurance and originally planned to have two more floors, and a French chateau-style roof and domes.
