Pazzo promises ‘to take things to next level’ for Bianchis Group
“An abundance of temptation everywhere you look” is what the Bianchis Group hope to create as they open their newest restaurant, Pazzo.
Unlike their other restaurants including Cotto and Pasta Ripiena, the menu at Pazzo will not solely be Italian – instead there will be influences from across the world.
“We want to be regarded as one of Bristol’s best restaurants, if not the best,” say the team.

Pazzo has opened on Whiteladies Road in what was most recently Bar Humbug, with the kitchen team headed up by brothers Ben and Joe Harvey, and Theo Eggleston as the kitchen lead.
It has opened just a few hundred yards from the former Pasta Loco on Cotham Hill, which closed in July.
“Our customers should expect exceptional food, professional yet relaxed service in a space that feels comfortable, bustling and full of character,” say the team, with Pazzo’s front of house headed up by Dom Borel, the founding director of Bianchis Group alongside his cousin Ben.
“We like to think we do things differently and that’s what sets us apart. Pazzo is the sixth restaurant opened by the Bianchis Group and its our biggest yet.
“Having closed Pasta Loco we wanted to open a venue that paid homage to our Loco roots and philosophy in our approach to the food and service whilst also drawing on all that we have learnt over the years to take things up to the next level.”
