Pipp & Co to open first cafe in Bristol

By Martin Booth  Sunday Jun 30, 2024

They are already known as the purveyors of some of Bristol’s most delicious doughnuts from their market stall on Corn Street on Fridays.

Now, Pipp & Co – previously known as Pippins – are opening their first cafe in July.

The cafe is opening on College Green in a unit which was most recently an employment agency but has been empty for almost a decade.

Writing on Instagram, Pipp & Co shared what they called their “seriously big news”.

The Swindon-based team wrote: “We are thrilled to announce that we’ll be opening the doors to our very first café in the beautiful city of Bristol next month!

“When we took over Pipp & Co in 2015, our dream was to one day open a café where you can enjoy our artisan doughnuts, pastries and organic coffee.

“While the journey has taken a bit longer than planned, we are beyond excited to finally see this dream become a reality!

“Thank you to our incredible community for your unwavering support over the years and for helping our family business to grow, one doughnut at a time.

“Stay tuned for more updates as we count down to opening day and transform this space into a warm and welcoming place for you to enjoy #DoughnutDay everyday!”
