Raclette fries and cheese toasties from The Cheese Guys
It doesn’t get much better than this if tu aimes le fromage.
The Cheese Guys is a new food truck from the team behind Two Belly, who have their own shop on Blackboy Hill and another within the Bristol Loaf on Bedminster Parade.
The first outing for The Cheese Guys saw them serving up cheese toasties and raclette fries from the Left Handed Giant taproom close to the start of the Railway Path.
is needed now More than ever
Want some rhubarb kimchi with Monty’s cheddar; LHG stout rarebit with a three cheese bechamel, beer mustard and Monty’s cheddar; or onion three ways with beery onions, crispy onions and spring onions with Monty’s and Corra Linn? Or the already famous raclette with rosemary salted fries?
Keep a look out for The Cheese Guys in their Peugeot J7, a former cattle truck which has been converted into a cheese emporium on four wheels by Tudor of Weston-super-Mare.

The Cheese Guys began life serving food out of two tents but this year have scaled up their operations, with the truck offering co-owners Dom Pulsford and Lara Issa more flexibility.
This summer they will still use the tents at festivals and also plan to do much more home pickling and create more of their own sauces, “really make it into a more complete offering” according to Dom.
“We felt that this would represent where we wanted to take it which is on the road, going and doing things, and creating a new brand,” Dom told Bristol24/7 between serving hungry customers at Left Handed Giant on their first weekend in the truck.
“The Cheese Guys explains what we do. We do grilled cheese.”
