New ‘Scandi-style’ cafe to open soon

Gather is set to be the newest cafe to open on Park Street.

They promise “speciality coffee, Scandi-style”.

“We’ll be serving amazing coffee, delicious pastries and Scandinavian-inspired food in our bright, airy and beautiful space on Park Street,” say the Gather team on Instagram.

The new cafe will be located at 56 Park Street below purpose-built student accommodation from Urban Student.

The ground floor unit next to Uncle Sam’s was previously Clothing Federation and later Federation Store.
