Second home for popular Indian restaurant
A cherished Indian restaurant now has a second address in Easton.
Pappu Dosa which has resided in Patchway since its opening in 2020, welcomed customers to its new branch on Tuesday.
Established by chef Tim Darling Rushworth, a British chef with a passion for Indian cuisine – the restaurant serves an array of delicacies from different states of the Indian subcontinent.

Announcing their arrival at Stapleton Road, the team said: “Same delicious flavours, another location.
“The doors have now opened at our second branch in Easton and we can’t wait to serve you all.
“The adventure continues, be part of the PAPPU story.”
Rushworth’s dream to serve Indian food began with a humble food truck in north Bristol before he found steady ground and was able to open Pappu Dosa.
Both branches boast of a menu with delicious south Indian snacks like idli, medu vada and dosa and a special selection of North Indian favourites like pav bhaji, vada pav, samosa and chole bhature.
The new branch is currently open Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm but is expected to start operating full hours in the near future.
